This is a public service announcement coming to you from Caribou Country Club:

We couldn’t help but notice some of our golfers are so eager to play at our course that they start their round without a tee time. We wanted to send this out to everyone as a reminder that tee times are mandatory to play at our course.

We understand that sometimes booking online can be tricky so we’ve included a step by step video in this email to walk you through it!

By booking online, members get to book their tee time 14 days in advance and non-members are allowed to book up to 7 days in advance. This way you can secure your favorite tee time!

Save time by booking online and spend more time on the fairways! Once you book your tee time online you MUST check-in at the pro shop before taking off on the course. This will help us make sure everyone is teeing off when they should.

4-Person Scramble | Minimum Team Handicap of 40*

 

Entry Fee: CCC Members $30  |  Non-Members $40

Register your team by Thursday, June 22nd to avoid entry late fees

 

Team Skins Game: $20

Team Mulligan: $10 (Limit 2)

Tee options will be broken out into 3 flights:

 Men’s Only Teams: Play White/Blue

 

 Ladies Only Teams: Play Red/Gold

There is the option to move up to the White/Blue flight to enter into that prize pool.

 

 Mixed Teams: Men will play White/Blue & Ladies will play Red/Gold

There is the option to move up to the White/Blue flight to enter into that prize pool.

Rain Date will be Sunday, June 25th. 

 

GHIN cards will be honored at face value. Without a GHIN card the maximum handicap

allowed is 10 for men, 15 for ladies and 20 for Students. Subject to Tournament & Handicap Committee review.

This Program is taught by CCC and CPRD staff

 

Day One is spent on the range, then days 2-4 are spent on the course playing golf!

 

Available for Children Entering Grades 4 through 8.

Application

2023 Jerry McLaughlin Scholarship

With a love for golf and helping children, Jerry McLaughlin was a long time member of the Caribou Country Club. After his passing, his family established the Jarret ‘Jerry’ McLaughlin Memorial Scramble and scholarship in his remembrance. Each year, two graduating seniors/students enrolled in post secondary education are granted a $750 scholarship.

As a way to commemorate Jerry and his love for golf, the scholarship will be awarded during the Annual Memorial Scramble on August 19th, 2023.

Please submit your application to the CCC Youth Golf Chairperson, Marc Weeks no later than June 19th 2023. You can mail your application to PO Box 98, Craibou, ME 04736 or hand deliver it to the CCC Pro Shop.
