2022 McLaughlin Family Scholarship
Jerry McLaughlin was an avid golfer who loved helping kids, and particularly, those who were passionate about the sport of golf. Jerry was a long time member of the Caribou Country Club and when he passed away his family established the Jarrett ‘Jerry’ McLaughlin Memorial Scramble and two $500 scholarships in his remembrance. Awarded to graduating Caribou High School seniors as well as Caribou High School graduates that are enrolled in post secondary programs, who are members of the local golfing community, either with the Caribou Varsity Golf Team or within the CCC family of golfers. The scholarship winners are selected by a CCC committee. This is a single payment, non-recurring scholarship. The scholarship winners will be selected during the summer of 2022 and awarded at the start of the Memorial Scramble, scheduled for August 20, 2022.
The scholarship application may be mailed to Marc Weeks, PO Box 98, Caribou, ME. 04736, or hand delivered to the CCC Pro Shop no later than June 18, 2022. | |
